⽤途 USE

本公司⽣产的PG系列浓配罐、稀配罐，设计合理、⼯艺优、⾃动控制，符合国家GMP认证要求。罐体均采⽤立式双层结构，内胆抛光Ra0 .45 外部采⽤镜⾯板或磨砂板保温，整体美观。夹套内可通蒸汽或冷却水，满⾜⼯艺要求，夹套外填充保温材料。内罐体上下全部采⽤椭圆封头，整体 光滑无死⻆ ，搅拌采⽤立式偏心轴流搅拌，罐顶装设人孔、进料⼝ 、回流⼝ 、消毒⼝ 、清洗球，并装设(0 .45μm)空⽓呼吸器，底部装有进料⼝液位传 感器探头、侧⾯装设温度计⼝ 。备有控制柜操作，检测药液温度并显⽰、恒温控制、检测液位高度并显⽰、提供上下限报警等功能。

The Pg Series Concentrated And Diluted Mixing Tanks Produced By Our Company Are Of Reasonable Design, Advanced Technology And Automatic Control, Which Fully Meet  The Requirements Of National Gmp Certification. The Tank Body Adopts A Vertical Double-Layer Structure, The Inner Tank Is Polished Ra0 .45, And The Outer Surface Is Insulated With Mirror Panels Or Frosted Panels, Which Is Beautiful As A Whole. Steam Or Cooling Water Can Pass Through The Jacket To Meet The Process Requirements, And The Outer  Jacket Is Filled With Insulation Materials . The Upper And Lower Parts Of The Inner Tank Body Are All Elliptical Heads, And The Whole Is Smooth Without Dead Corners. The  Stirring Adopts Vertical Eccentric Axial Flow Stirring. The Top Of The Tank Is Equipped With A Manhole, Feed Port, Reflux Port, Disinfection Port, Cleaning Ball, And (0 .45μm) Air  Respirator. The Bottom Is Equipped With A Feed Port Liquid Level Sensor Probe And The Side Is Equipped With A Thermometer Port. It Is Equipped With A Control Cabinet  Operation, Which Can Detect And Display The Temperature Of The Liquid, Constant Temperature Control, Detect And Display The Liquid Level, And Provide Upper And Lower  Limit Alarms.
